If an employee must be trained to use a fire extinguisher and has not had training how do they know that they are not allowed?

This is a question that KAFA addresses while conducting fire extinguisher training as well as when to fight a fire and more importantly when not to.  KAFA is one of the few organizations that gets burn permits to conduct live fire extinguisher training in Montgomery County, Maryland.
